I am Roberta Crescentini, a highly experienced export manager with over 30 years of experience in the mechanical sector. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong customer-centric approach, developing solid relationships with clients both domestically and abroad.

In my previous role as an Export Sales Manager at Utensil Tre Srl, I managed a portfolio of around 400 customers across Europe, Asia, and the USA. I was responsible for customer order management from the offer to shipment, ensuring smooth production flow control, and preparation of shipping and customs documents. Additionally, I developed and managed a CRM system, organized marketing plans, and prepared sales budgets, tracking performance against objectives.

Prior to that, I co-founded and managed CP Utensili Snc, where I was responsible for forecasting operational costs, optimizing procurement processes, analyzing financial statements, and developing strategic plans for the sale of group assets. I also managed general accounting entries, compiled periodic reports to compare budget costs with actual costs, and proposed changes to the budget to increase profits.

In my most recent role as an Export Consultant at LG Commercial Agents, I provided guidance on export aspects, regulations, and obligations to customers looking to expand their sales network. I conducted market research to identify potential clients and prepared marketing plans, budgets, and objectives.

In addition to my native Italian, I am fluent in English and French, have a good reading ability in Spanish, and elementary language skills in German.
