About Pesmetal
Pesmetal is a European manufacturer of steel joinery, founded in 2014 , specialising in steel entrance doors and glazed steel assemblies for building lobbies, as well as bespoke architectural steel systems.
We are an official partner of Forster and Jansen steel systems, two leading European references for high-quality architectural steel projects.
The company operates from:
a 3,000 m² production hall,
located on an 8,000 m² industrial site,
with a total team of 80 people covering production, engineering, support and sales.
Our solutions are mainly used in:
residential apartment building entrances,
office and tertiary buildings,
architectural projects requiring durable and elegant steel doors.
We work exclusively B2B, supplying steel joinery workshops, metal fabricators, façade contractors, general contractors and specifiers.
We are currently looking for an independent sales agent for the Benelux.
Your role
Develop Pesmetal’s presence and sales across the Benelux, with a strong focus on steel entrance doors for building lobbies.
Build and manage a professional B2B client network.
Identify and follow architectural and construction projects (new build and renovation).
Work closely with our technical team on project development and quotations.
Represent Pesmetal towards clients, partners and specifiers.
Profile
Independent sales agent active in construction / steel / joinery / façade systems.
Existing professional network in the Benelux.
Comfortable with technical, bespoke, project-based products.
Languages: English or French required; additional local languages are a plus.
We offer
Commission-based remuneration (typically 8-10 %, depending on project type).
Possible territorial exclusivity after a trial period, based on performance.
Full technical and commercial support.
