Baviette Group GmbH develops high-quality dog grooming products as well as innovative probiotic solutions for odor neutralization. Our goal is to support professional pet care businesses with high-quality, modern products.
To expand our sales operations, we are looking for independent sales representatives (m/f/d) who already have contacts in the pet industry or who would like to successfully build such a network.
Your Responsibilities
– Presenting Baviette products to dog grooming salons (groomers)
– Acquiring new business customers
– Supporting existing customers
– Building long-term customer relationships
– Forwarding orders to Baviette
Your Target Audiences
– Dog grooming salons
– Pet supply stores
– Dog boarding facilities
– Dog daycare centers
– Dog training schools
Later also:
– Veterinary practices
– Animal hospitals
– Animal shelters
– Zoos
What You Bring to the Table
– Experience in field sales or sales
– Ideally, existing contacts in the pet industry
– Ability to work independently
– Strong communication skills
– Passion for high-quality products

Compensation & Collaboration
We want to attract long-term sales partners and grow successfully together. That’s why we offer a performance-based commission model:
– 10% commission on net sales up to €10,000 in monthly sales.
– 12% commission on monthly sales of €10,000 or more.
– 15% commission on monthly sales of €25,000 or more.
The commission applies to both initial orders and repeat orders from customers you have personally acquired and managed.
In addition, we offer:
– Territorial protection by agreement.
– Long-term support for your own customer base.
– Flexible working arrangements as an independent sales representative.
– High-quality premium products with significant growth potential.
– Support through marketing materials, product training, and personal contacts.
With a successful and long-term partnership, there is also the opportunity to take over an exclusive sales territory or even an entire country.
