Who are we?
Masterfeed is a growing e-commerce company based in the Vechta district. We produce and sell high-quality chew toys and natural products for dogs. Our parent company, Nutraferm PetFood GmbH, has been an established B2B manufacturer of chew products for many years (IFS, GMP+, and HACCP certified, approximately 65 employees, >1,900 metric tons in annual exports). With Masterfeed, we are now systematically expanding our B2B distribution to specialty retailers.

Sales territory
Northern Germany: Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Bremen, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Territorial protection within the product range.
Target Customers
- Owner-operated pet stores
- Pet store chains (e.g., Fressnapf, Das Futterhaus, Kölle Zoo) by arrangement
- Dog schools, dog trainers, breeders, dog boarding facilities, groomers
- Veterinary practices / animal naturopaths (optional, depending on profile and by agreement)
Terms and Conditions
10% commission on net sales; tiered rates negotiable upon target achievement
Listing bonuses for initial listings with major accounts by agreement
Entitlement to compensation under § 89b HGB (German Commercial Code) is a given
Contractual Basis
Commercial agent contract pursuant to § 84 HGB. No entry fee

What We’re Looking For
- Established sales agency with existing contacts in pet supply stores and/or the professional dog industry in Northern Germany
- Product line complement: no competition with our core product line (chew toys, natural products for dogs)
- Independent ability to acquire and manage clients, own CRM system or willingness to use our system
- Reliable reporting discipline (monthly activity and sales overview)
- Commitment to premium natural products
- Product line complement
We prefer to work with representatives whose existing portfolio consists of related, non-competing product areas—e.g., dog accessories, grooming products, toys, leashes/harnesses, hygiene products, dry food (non-snack segment), and dietary supplements. No direct competitors in the snack/chewable products category in the portfolio.
