Your Responsibilities
- Selling our product range within your exclusive territory to architects, municipalities, building materials dealers, landscaping firms, and construction companies
- Managing project-based business: providing early support for construction projects, ideally before the bidding process, to incorporate our products into the planning phase
- Expanding existing customer relationships and systematically acquiring new customers
- Close collaboration with our in-house sales and pricing teams—quotes and pricing are handled centrally by us, allowing you to focus entirely on customer contact
Market monitoring and documentation of your visits and project information in our CRM system
Your Requirements / Your Profile
- Independent sales representative, ideally with existing accounts in the building materials, natural stone, or landscaping and garden construction sectors (no competing products)
- Established network of building materials suppliers, contractors, and planners in the region
- Experience in the commercial construction sector and an understanding of bidding processes
- Strong sales skills, initiative, and a professional demeanor
- Willingness to digitally document visits and market information
