What you will do
Acquire new B2B customers and build a qualified sales pipeline (SMEs to enterprise)
Identify decision makers (CTO, IT lead, operations) and open doors for sales conversations
Present our services clearly (problem → solution → business value) and qualify opportunities
Coordinate handover to our technical team for scoping, estimation, and proposals
Maintain relationships and support deal closing in collaboration with us
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in B2B sales as a commercial agent / freelance sales rep
Strong network or outreach skills in the German-speaking market (DACH)
Ability to sell consultative, high-value services (software projects, integrations, automation)
Confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Structured way of working (CRM discipline is a plus)
