Quadrifoglio Group is looking for a SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR BADEN-WÜRTTEMBERG (PLZ 7 + 88, 89) who can further consolidate and strengthen our market presence and brand awareness in the region.

MISSION
Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and new clients
Enhance Quadrifoglio’s brand presence among current and prospective customers within the assigned territory
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage, develop and nurture relationships with existing accounts, and prospect new clients within your sales area
Analyze market potential and evaluate both current and potential customers
Plan and organize regular client visits to maximize market opportunities
Monitor market and competitor activities concerning product changes, technical services and market conditions
Report regularly on customer contacts and market trends using the CRM system
Conduct product training sessions for clients, especially when launching new products
Attend trade shows and industry events
YOUR PROFILE
Commercial or technical education/degree
Native German speaker; good command of English (at least B2) is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Several years of sales experience in the furniture sector
Passion for active selling and building strong customer relationships

Monthly commissions on the turnover of your managed accounts
Digital and printed marketing materials for product promotion
Training at our headquarters on production processes and product features
Support during your first customer visits
Participation in major trade fairs (e.g., Salone del Mobile in Milan, ORGATEC in Cologne) to acquire new clients
