Founded in 1925 in Remscheid – Germany, HERBERTZ & Co. has over 75 years of experience in producing high-quality machine knives.
Blending tradition with innovation, we serve global customers in the food, paper, wood, plastics, and steel industries, earning a reputation as a reliable and modern partner.
In addition to production, we offer regrinding services for the same industries for selective regions.

We’re looking for partners in the following countries:
EU Members
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Non-EU Members:
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey and United Kingdom.
Your role
As our local sales representative, you will:
– Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients
– Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
– Identify and close new business opportunities
– Expand the customer base in your region
– Keep an eye on industry trends and future market demands
What We’re Looking For
– Experience in B2B sales of technical or industrial products
– Ideally, knowledge in machine knives or related cutting technologies (e.g. paper, wood, plastics, food, or steel industries)
– Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
– Strong communication skills and technical understanding
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and flexible
