Tasks & Requirements for the Sales Agent
We are seeking experienced independent Sales Representatives (Handelsvertreter) with strong roots in the German industrial and construction landscape.
Your Tasks:
Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients within the industrial, maritime, and real estate development sectors.
Lead Generation: Utilize your existing network to secure contracts for industrial assembly and large-scale renovation projects (Hotels/Residential).
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact during the negotiation phase, facilitating technical discussions between the client and our team.
Requirements:
Established Network: A strong, active contact list in the industrial sector, shipyards, or large-scale property management/development.
Technical Understanding: Ability to communicate technical service value propositions to decision-makers.
Language Skills: Proficiency in German is mandatory for market operations. English or Lithuanian or Russian is required for coordination with EDDV management.
