Independent Sales Agent Germany

We are seeking motivated and independent Sales Agents to represent and grow our brand in their regions.
Your Responsibilities
As an independent Sales Agent, you are the face of Kambukka in your region. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with strategic customers, and present our products with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Your key tasks include:
- Acquiring new customers and developing new markets
- Defining strategic goals in alignment with the Account Manager
- Approaching key decision-makers with compelling sales presentations
- Developing and implementing an individual sales strategy
- Increasing Kambukka’s market share in your region
- Reporting results and performance to Kambukka headquarters in Hasselt.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in your region and industry
- Strong professional network in your area
- Entrepreneurial mindset, customer focus, and persuasive communication skills
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven work style
- Excellent command of German and good English skills
- Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
