Founding Global Director of Sales
Independent, International, Performance-Based Mandate
PEGASUS is seeking an exceptional Global Director of Sales to build and lead the international sales organization for a new category of ultra-luxury residential living.
PEGASUS is a planned 366-metre residential vessel conceived as a continuously circumnavigating home for an international community of accomplished Residents. The vessel will combine private residences, global travel, exceptional hospitality, health and longevity, sustainability, philanthropy, culture and community.
This is not a conventional salaried position. It is a founding-level, entrepreneurial opportunity for a proven international sales leader who can personally originate major transactions while recruiting, developing and managing a selective network of high-performing independent sales professionals and specialist sales organizations.
The Opportunity
The Global Director of Sales will receive:
Personal commissions on qualifying sales personally originated or closed;
A global override commission on qualifying sales generated by the international sales organization of up to approximately US$20 million if the full agreed PEGASUS sales programme is achieved during the Director’s tenure.
There is no salary, expenses, retainer or guaranteed compensation. The mandate is entirely performance-based.
The Global Director is not required to remain with PEGASUS until all residences have been sold. The Director earns the applicable override on qualifying sales completed during the period of appointment.
For example, if approximately half of the defined sales programme has been completed when the Director leaves, the Director will retain the override earned on those qualifying sales. No override will accrue on new sales completed after the effective departure date unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Commissions and overrides properly earned before departure remain payable according to the applicable payment schedule, even when the corresponding buyer payment or escrow release occurs after the Director’s departure.
Commission Payment Timing
PEGASUS offers two principal buyer-payment pathways.
Early Settlement Payments
Early Settlement Payments, or ESPs, are non-escrow buyer payments made directly to the Company under the applicable PEGASUS agreement.
Personal commissions and the Global Director’s applicable override on an ESP transaction become payable promptly after the relevant ESP funds have been received and cleared by the Company.
Escrowed Buyer Funds
For transactions involving escrowed buyer funds, personal commissions and the applicable Global Director override become payable when the corresponding funds are released from escrow and received as cleared funds by the Company.
PEGASUS anticipates staged releases from escrow during the project-development and construction programme. Commissions are therefore paid according to those staged releases and are not deferred until the vessel is completed or delivered.
The final written agreement will define the applicable commission percentages, override calculation, qualifying-sale requirements, attribution rules, staged payment treatment, refund provisions and departure terms.
The mandate will be contracted through the designated PEGASUS group company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, subject to the final agreements and all applicable legal, regulatory, tax and commercial-agency requirements.
The Mandate
The Global Director of Sales will be expected to:
Create and execute the worldwide PEGASUS sales strategy;
Recruit and manage a selective international network of proven independent sales professionals and specialist agencies;
In collaboration with the CEO, identify the strongest markets, buyer communities and referral channels;
Establish clear qualification, activity, reporting and pipeline-management procedures;
Personally develop relationships with UHNW principals, family offices, private banks, wealth advisors and trusted intermediaries;
Lead major buyer presentations, negotiations and closing conversations;
Work directly with the founder and senior PEGASUS leadership;
Create a reliable path from first introduction to buyer commitment, escrow deposit and ESP;
Train and support regional sales representatives;
Ensure that approved commercial and legal language is used consistently;
Intervene directly in significant or stalled opportunities;
Establish measurable weekly activity and conversion standards; and
Build an accountable global sales organization that produces qualified buyer conversations and completed transactions.

A Founding-Level Opportunity
This mandate is not intended for a conventional employee seeking a fixed salary and secure executive appointment.
It is intended for an entrepreneurial global sales leader who recognizes the opportunity to build the commercial organization behind a new form of residential living—and whose compensation should be directly connected to the measurable value created during their tenure.
The Director may conclude the mandate before the complete PEGASUS inventory has been sold. All personal commissions and global overrides properly earned on qualifying sales completed before the effective departure date will remain payable under the agreed ESP or escrow-release payment schedule.
Only candidates with relevant, verifiable experience and a realistic route to qualified international buyers will be considered.
All compensation illustrations, commissions, overrides, appointment terms, sales-attribution rules, payment triggers and departure provisions remain subject to due diligence, final written agreement and legal approval.
