To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurially minded individual at the earliest possible date to independently manage the Berlin region (postal code area: 10–16).

Your Core Responsibilities

Active acquisition of new customers as well as sustainable maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships in the South Bavaria region
Independent management of your sales territory with full entrepreneurial freedom
Presentation and consultation of the MultiCross product portfolio – from heat recovery units and energy centers to large-scale heat pumps with natural refrigerants
Preparation of quotations as well as negotiation and conclusion of contracts
Close collaboration with the engineering, inside sales, and management teams
Monitoring of the regional market and identification of new business opportunities

Professional Qualifications

Proven experience in field sales or as a sales representative, ideally in the ventilation, energy, or building services industry
An existing network of decision-makers in the South Bavaria region is an advantage
Technical understanding of products requiring explanation, such as heat recovery systems or heat pumps
Strong sales personality with high self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and closing ability
Structured, independent working style and entrepreneurial mindset
Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
