In order to expand our strong market position beyond northern Germany nationwide, we are looking for independent sales representatives (m/f/d) with an established network in the construction and real estate industry. The regional scope of the sales territory will be agreed individually.
Your tasks
– Active acquisition and support of property developers in the Germany-wide project business
– Establishment and maintenance of long-term business relationships
– Identification of new construction projects and market potential
– Conducting negotiations on conditions, product range and prices in close cooperation with our technical planners and site managers
Your profile
– Sound sales experience in the construction or real estate industry
– Broad network in the property development industry, ideally with additional representations (e.g. windows, doors, parquet, elevators, fire protection or other building elements)
– Independent, goal-oriented way of working and negotiating skills
