Our product moncardo is a flexible, cloud-based system for implementing modern customer loyalty tools – digitally and/or as a physical card. The modules can be used individually or in combination, depending on the customer’s objectives.
The most important moncardo modules:
- Voucher card, bonus card, stamp card: Ideal for retail, gastronomy, craft businesses and service providers. Typical examples of use: Butchers, bakeries, hairdressing salons, beauty salons, cafés, snack bars, flower stores, massage studios and many more.
- Job card (employee discount card): For legally compliant administration of tax-free employee discounts in accordance with German legislation (€1,080 per employee/year). Particularly suitable for companies where employees are also customers, e.g. food retailers, drugstores, petrol stations, pharmacies or bakery chains.</li
- Ticket module: For managing 10-visit cards, monthly passes or admission tickets including admission control. Ideal for fitness studios, sports clubs, massage parlors, dance schools, leisure parks, climbing gyms, clubs or event providers.
- ID card module: Enables digital membership or access control via card or app. Ideal for associations, cooperatives, communities or clubs that offer their members exclusive access.</li

Your tasks:
- Approach and acquire new customers for moncardo
- Presentation of the product on site or digitally
- Target group consultation on suitable modules (e.g. voucher card, bonus card, stamp card)
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Optional: support for your customer base for renewal and expansion
