Commercial agent wanted: premium frozen vegan desserts, Vienna
Raw Foods Kft. is looking for one experienced commercial agent for Vienna and the surrounding region. We make Lavita, a range of premium raw vegan cakes, and we want a dedicated partner to grow the brand in the Vienna HORECA market.
The company
We were founded in 2017. Raw Foods Kft. is a German-Hungarian company and Hungary’s largest producer of raw vegan, gluten-free cakes. We supply cafés, restaurants, hotels, and pastry shops across Hungary, and through our distribution partners our cakes are also sold in Austria, Slovakia, and Romania.
The product
Lavita cakes are raw vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and individually quick-frozen. Raw means unbaked, so they keep a long frozen shelf life and thaw quickly. Once thawed, they stay ready to serve for 2-3 days. They arrive decorated and pre-sliced, and need no in-house production and no special pastry skills. A venue can add a gluten-free, plant-based dessert line without extra work in the kitchen and with very little waste.

Who we are looking for
An established agent with experience in HORECA or premium food, and good contacts in the Vienna gastronomy scene. You introduce our cakes, win new accounts, and look after those customers.
