It has long been known that there is a severe staffing shortage, particularly among nursing staff. The job involves high physical demands, mental pressure, and stress, all of which further contribute to high turnover. 18.7% of all nursing staff think about changing careers at least once a month.
It’s well-intentioned when the audience claps from the balcony, but that doesn’t make things any better.
That’s why we’ve launched a unique initiative called:
Workplace Health Promotion, free of charge for senior living and nursing homes.
For this, we’re looking for independent sales representatives/field sales staff specializing in senior living and nursing homes.
If you’re already established in the field, that’s an advantage. But you’re also welcome as a career changer.
What counts most are commitment and determination.
The facts:
Simple business
Minimal time commitment
Attractive commissions
Recurring commissions
Territorial protection
Currently only available in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.
We look forward to receiving your application.
Best regards
